Shipping Policies

At Viri Fragrances, we want to ensure your reed diffusers and car perfumes reach you safely and promptly.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Dispatch takes 2-7 days once your order is placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and dispatch times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your reed diffusers and car perfumes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping in most major cities in India for orders above ₹500.

We also have options for express shipment. Please find the details below:

Standard Shipping: 4 to 6 business days - ₹0 (on orders above ₹500)
Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days - ₹30
Priority Shipping: 2 to 3 business days - ₹50

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@viristore.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, but only if the reed diffuser or car perfume is damaged or broken upon arrival. The item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@viristore.in with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
